On Saturday, July 21st, Hard Luck Lounge will be hosting Cumplaso 2018, Jose A. Velasquez’ birthday celebration. The proud mayor of East Austin is donating all of the proceeds earned during his birthday bash towards Latinitas’ youth programming. Velasquez is a Marketing and Communications specialist at Austin Independent School District and serves proudly as one of Latinitas’ board of directors. Join us in celebrating this amazing individual and his gracious contributions to the Austin community.
The event takes place from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Hard Luck Lounge, located on E 7th Street in Austin. Fill up on delicious tacos de trompo provided by Mando Rayo, owner of Tacos of Texas. Drinks include tangy mangonada margaritas, Modelo Especial, and Hops and Grain beer brewed right here in Austin. And what’s a great party without a piñata? Help us bust into this paper mache party staple, filled with grown-up goodies.
