On Saturday, Oct. 20, teenage entrepreneurs Layla and Mya Parish will be the keynote speakers at Latinitas’ StartUp Chica Conference. The sisters started their business, Suga Babes Beauty, where they sell natural, plant-based beauty products such as sugar scrubs and lotion, in April 2012. Since then, they have hosted workshops and spoken out on topics like bullying and overcoming insecurities. The duo is thrilled to be speaking at the conference and say they are inspired by the work we do at Latinitas. We can’t wait to meet you, Layla and Mya!
